A History Built on Manual Labour & Integrity

Fairgreen Sod Farms embodies the vision of Cam Fairty and his family. Starting on a 350-acre farm and evolving into one of Ontario’s leading sod suppliers on more than 2,000 acres, our history is deeply entwined with the landscapes we help beautify. Third-generation Lindsay Fairty operates our north location, continuing the tradition of dedication and hard work. For us, this isn’t just a profession—it’s our passion and legacy.

How We Began

  • Initially using hand-operated sod cutters
  • Capable of harvesting 3,500 rolls of sod daily under optimal conditions
  • Trucks designed to carry 8 skids of sod
